Strata is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement when you get it from the App Store. These few lines add to it.
Playing
Strata is for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Ads and purchases
Where a version of Strata shows ads, they are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content; you can report an ad to us. A purchase to remove ads is processed by Apple under its terms, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
As it is
We make Strata with care, but it is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Your progress is stored on your device; we can't recover it if it is lost.
